    Project Completion

    I am an approved representative of the company mentioned in this agreement. I confirm that the Design and Development Work for the project titled in this form has been completed.

    Upon sign-off, if any further work is requested on this project it is at the discretion of CKP Creative and it's representatives to send an estimate for any variations to the confirmed completed works (copy, graphic/designed content, designed layout, structure, functionality, developed WordPress/HTML elements).
